SWISS SCREW MACHINING SERVICES
With over 35 years’ expertise in Swiss screw machining, Ed’s Precision Manufacturing, LLC of Houston, TX, knows all the ins, outs, ups, and downs of boring, drilling, knurling, milling, polishing, reaming, slotting, and CNC turning. We’re also excellent with threading, having extensive familiarity with external thread cutting, internal thread cutting, premium threads, and tapping.
You name the metal or material, we’ll have it back to you in almost no time (indeed, we pride ourselves here on specializing in rush-jobs). Alloy steels, brass, bronze alloys, monel, inconel, super alloys, titanium, and stainless steel have all met their match at the hands of our Swiss screw machining. The same can be said for, nylon, delrin, peak plastic, and PVC. We’ll fashion any material into parts with diameters, lengths, and features of respectively from 1/16th to 1.5 inches in diameter, 1/16th x 18 inches in length, and tightness tolerances of ± .0002 in.
We’re happy to handle Just-in-time (J.I.T) deliveries and blanket orders. And we’ve got the necessary equipment as well as the skills, featuring 10-axis capability and a Swiss machine bar-feeder equipped for lights-out manufacturing.
